Set on 10 peaceful acres in East Longmont, Cascade Farms has been Jennifer’s home for more than 25 years. Every pasture, paddock, and facility has been thoughtfully developed over time with the goal of creating a safe, functional, and welcoming environment for both horses and riders.

The farm features two large pastures that back up to open cow farmland, giving horses space to move, relax, and thrive in a calm, low-traffic setting. All paddocks are meticulously maintained and include fresh water and secure electric fencing to ensure safety year-round.

At the front of the property, two professionally leveled riding arenas available for daily training and riding. Both arenas are dragged weekly, and the indoor arena provides reliable access throughout the winter months and during inclement weather - ensuring a consistent riding experience no matter the season.
